Faulty goods or errors made by us :
You should to return to us any item which is received faulty, or which has been sent to you in error (i.e. the wrong product/colour/size etc.). You can request either a full refund or a replacement - whichever you prefer. Please note that if you require a replacement, please include your return address so that we can mail your replacement to you. If you require a refund, please note that we can only make refunds to the card from which the original charge was made. If you do not specify whether you want a replacement or a refund, we shall automatically arrange a replacement. If you are returning goods to us because of a fault or an error on our part, we will pay for the postage back to us. Just contact us by email explaining the situation, and we will provide you with our FREEPOST address.
Shirts which do not fit or have been ordered incorrectly:
If you find that a shirt does not fit or has been ordered in the wrong colour etc., please return it to us at the address above and state which size you would like us to replace it with. The cost of return postage to us is your responsibility. Please check on our web site that the size you need is actually available in the design you require. It is important to note that shirts must be in unworn condition with the Rudeshirtz hang-tag in place. Shirts that are received in non-perfect condition will be returned to you unexchanged as we will not be able to restock them. Be sure that you include your name and address in the package that your return to us. We recommend that you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service when mailing items back to us. We do not charge postage when we return a replaced order to you, and we do not currently charge a restocking fee.
Packaging:
Items do not have to be in their original packaging when you return them to us, but they must be packed in a way that will protect them during shipping. We cannot accept personal callers or hand-delivered packages at our physical address above so please be sure to use Royal Mail or the recognised commercial carrier of your choice.
